All architects and designers plans that are sold through AustralianFloorPlans.com are protected by copyright.
Here are the basic rules to the copyright laws as they pertain to the residential home design and building industry:
Purchasing a set of concept plans transfers no right or ownership of the plan to the purchaser. The purchaser has merely purchased a limited license to
build that structure one time, and one time only.
Purchasing a set of concept plans gives you non-exclusive worldwide rights gives you permission to make modifications or redraw the plan.
The blueprints may not be lent, given away, or sold by the purchaser.
WHEREAS, Australian floor plans is willing to grant the copyright Licensee, to the Purchaser this DOES NOT INCLUDE the worldwide right to duplicate,
package, facsimile transmit, promote, distribute, sell and/or lease its Documents and Technical Information Products, through Paper and Electronic Media
Formats, Making photocopies of, or reproducing in any form, the blueprints, plans, drawings, or any other related artwork without the written consent of
the creator is illegal.
