Finance - “Nightmare on Elm Street”

So you need to develop a finance relationship that works well for years to come, and just like any relationship if it does not work walk away and find one that works for you, and your partner.

Yes saving money for a deposit is important but not as important as proving to the bank that you are a good risk and a responsible finance applicant.

Choosing an Investment Loan Strategy

Property investment loans are pretty much the same as any other type of home loan. You can choose fixed, variable or split interest rates and flexible features like redraws.

However I have always preferred the Interest only loans with a line of credit loan, and I believe most full time investors find them more attractive as well.

The Interest only loans reduces your outlays dramatically so your costs are less plus if you add the line of credit loan as the property value increases you can access funds very quickly.

Improving your profit from investment property you should develop loan strategies that are flexible and cost effective.
